Pricing questions
What happens when I run out of free minutes?
You'll keep access to everything you've already transcribed. To transcribe more, upgrade to Pro ($10/mo, 1,200 minutes) or Premium ($29/mo, 3,600 minutes).
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Monthly minutes reset on your subscription anniversary. The Free 60-minute trial doesn't reset at all — it's a one-time allowance to fully evaluate the product.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep your tier until the end of your current billing period, then drop to Free. All your transcripts and folders stay intact.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available on supported browsers. Annual plans can also be paid by bank transfer — email support for an invoice.
Is there a refund policy?
If you cancel within 7 days of an annual purchase and have transcribed fewer than 60 minutes, we'll refund in full. After that, you keep service until the end of the period.
